Refund Policy

Policy Statement

Customers and or students are eligible for a refund under the following conditions.

Public Courses

Where 4Life Pty Ltd receives greater than 48 hours notice to withdraw from a course(s), the student/customer will receive a refund equal to the deposit paid, less an administration & material fee.

Corporate or Group Courses

Where 4Life Pty Ltd receives greater than 48 hours notice to cancel a course(s), the customer will receive a refund equal to the deposit paid, less an administration & material fee.

Course Cancellation

Where 4Life Pty Ltd cancels a course and the participant cannot shift to an alternative date, a full refund will be provided.

Administration & Material Fee

This fee is based on the cost to 4Life Pty Ltd of processing the course or student booking and the cost of providing any pre-course material. The fee will be calculated in the following manner.

  • Public Course - with workbook and manual = $30
  • Public Course - with workbook only = $10
  • Corporate/Group course - with workbook and manual = number pre-course packs provided x $30
  • Corporate/Group course - with workbook only = number pre-course packs provided x $10

Refund Procedure

When a customer is eligible for a refund:

  1. Determine the amount of the refund to be provided
  2. Complete a cheque/EFT requisition form and provide this to the Manager - Operations
  3. The Manager – Operations must check any calculations and if appropriate, authorise the payment and ensure that it is processed.
